Refund policy

Item condition is guaranteed to be 9.2+ on NEW raw books unless stated otherwise. Some books have defects from the printing process, and those defects don't effect the grade. You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of the items arrival. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging it was sent in. We will then advise on the next steps that may include returning the items.
